Responsibilities:
Singapore GL and financial reporting
？ Prepares accounting entries to book in Oracle FA, AR, and GL module of Singapore entity, ensure correct booking and financial statement under US GAAP.
？ Coordinate with finance team at head quarter and other regions in terms of intercompany transactions and reply inquires about Singapore book on timely basis.
？ Review expense summary prepared by administrator in Singapore, review or prepare Oracle AP input in Singapore book.
？ Conduct period end close on time. Prepare internal reporting package and analysis.
？ Coordinate accounting firm and other 3rd party professional service vendors to ensure meet statutory requirements and tax compliance in Singapore.
？ Prepare Singapore internal control procedures documentation and conduct self-assessment test.
APAC GL, consolidation and FP&A
？ Review other APAC countries’ account, conduct consolidation, and complete period end close on time.
？ Review other APAC country control document and self-assessment test result.
？ Prepare analysis of revenue, net performance, AR, T&E etc of all APAC countries to support management business analysis and decision making.
？ Conduct ad-hoc analysis upon corporate request.


Working experience and qualification:
？ 3 years above accounting experience in US based MNCs, using ERP such as SAP, Oracle, UFIDA, Kingdee etc.
？ Working experience of Oracle is preferred.
？ Bachelor degree of accounting is required. CICPA, AICPA, or ACCA is value added. Knowledge of China GAAP is required, knowledge of US GAAP is value added.
？ Strong Micro-soft office skill, and be able to work in English.
？ “Can-do” attitude and awareness and skill of team work and team support.
？ Communication and inter-personal skill that is able to conduct intro/inter group communication and coordination.
