Responsibilities
？ Analyzes new and renewal software and service contracts and makes recommendations to management on correct revenue recognition, to ensure compliance with Company practices, as well as EITF 00-21, SOP 97-2, SAB 104 and VSOE principles and concepts (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
？ Ensures agreements quotes/order forms comply with company practices (e.g. delivery, prices, collections, GAAP, etc.).
？ Establish a partnership with Sales to ensure that proper technical guidance is followed during the contract negotiation process
？ Coordinate with corporate revenue team, and country finance team and sales team in APAC, to ensure well understanding of contract terms and related revenue recognition method. Ensure compliance to US GAAP and MSC policy in terms of revenue recognition.
？ Manage daily operation of the APAC order management team locate in Beijing, cover order input and license code generation and release of Japan, Greater China, Singapore, India, and other country if required.
？ Coordinate with corporate product team to ensure timely physical shipment if needed in certain countries
？ Confirm transaction revenue, transaction roll-in/roll-out, GAAP roll-in etc to prepare revenue forecast, and support revenue reconciliation.
？ Conduct analysis of revenue by bill type, by product, by channel, by customer etc upon management request

Working experience and qualification:
？ Comprehensive knowledge of US GAAP, revenue recognition principles and ability to apply
？ At least 3 to 5 years order management/revenue accounting experience working in MNCs in software industry.
？ Experience of team management and supervising team performance.
？ Proficient English and be able to communicate with teams in APAC and at Corporate.
？ Be able to deliver high quality of work under tight timeline.
