Responsibilities:
Check staff reimbursement report and external vendor payment documents, input
accounting entry in Oracle with qualified documents;
1. Perform monthly accounting close for primary areas of responsibility. Maintain accounts and results in accordance with US GAAP.
2. Make sure payment is effected timely and correctly;
3. Take partial ownership of Balance Sheet reconciliation as needed.
4. Assist tax filing, statutory audit as needed.
5. Be responsible for outside business activities, i.e. bank, tax bureau etc.
6. Other ad hoc tasks assigned

Professional Competences:

. University Education in Finance /Accounting, Bachelor Degree
. At least 3 years of relative work experience in multinational company
. Be familiar with PRC accounting principle
. Experience in using ERP software, esp. Oracle
. Good command of spoken and written English
. Good communication skills
. Problem solving skills
. Quick learner and good team work spirit
