职位描述
Position Summary:
Work under Samsung SAM to take sales leadershiper to manage Samsung XiAn Fab and relevant OEMs.
Responsibilities and Duties:
? Managing assigned accounts(Samsung XiAn) for all related Entegris business.
? Sales forecast and account plan aligning with Samsung global sales target per supervisor’s assignment.
? Drives effective business strategy and manages contract and price negotiations process at Samsung Xian and relevant OEMs, focuses on enlarge or develop market share average in accordance with total margin strategy.
? Works closely with Samsung SAM and regional support teams such as Product Management, Logistics, Quality, Finance, customer service etc, to ensure indirect pre and after-sale service to Samsung Xian and relevant OEMs are effectively provided.
? Monitors, supports and manages channel partners.
? Ensures channel alignment for accounts that are co-managed by Direct and Indirect sales channels.
? Makes recommendations on alternative sales channel options for promoting exponential growth opportunities.
? Serves as Entegris primary point of escalation in addressing and resolving matters that have been elevated as a critical. Provides key stakeholders (BU, Region, Corporate) visibility of problems/issues that warrant their attention.
? Demonstrates leadership presence that is capable of diffusing/resolving escalated matters yet do so in a manner that keeps Entegris in good standing.
? Maintains Service Available Market Share projections.
? Effectively utilizes the support of Samsung SAM team, Regional Product Support and Field Applications Engineers for pre and after-sale activities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor degree(Semiconductor, electronic chemical major), Chinese mandarin, Fluent Korea language and Good English speaking, writing and reading. No less than three years sales experience on Semiconductor(electronic Chemical application or OEM background is plus point), experience on a small team management at least one year.?
