ABOUT THE JOB
Purpose
The expenditure of maintain an existing customer is only one fifth that of recruiting a new customer. By having IKEA FAMILY in the store, we will capture as many visitors as possible to be members, so that we know where they are who they are and what they bought in database, therefore we can actively target to communicate and activate them by giving them relevant emotional & promotional messages. IKEA FAMILY is a great local tool for the store to generate quality visitation and sell more. The store FAMILY mgr will maximize usage of this local tool to support the store to achieve its goals. This leader will also contribute to national FAMILY strategy and investment plan to secure best ROI.
Mandate
Store FAMILY mgr is a crucial member in LM function to contribute to create trust and understanding of IKEA and communicate offers to generate traffic. Recruit, retain and develop members to accelerate their loyalty upgrade through CRM (customer relationship mgt) and therefore sell more of the total IKEA range.
YOUR ASSIGNMENT Your tasks will include:
Recruit members
? Duty One: Convert as many visitors as possible to be members by communicating member benefits around the store on each store touch point and engage the whole store to maximize recruitment
? Duty Two: Recruit members on IKEA website by implementing web based recruitment strategy
? Duty Three: Identify KOL among active members, integrated with PR
.
Build rich knowledge about members
? Duty One: Constantly gain customer insight through MDB (marketing database), member panel and other integrated research resources
? Duty Two: React on analysis result and share to the store and mgt team.
Deliver relevant communication to activate members
? Duty One: Develop FAMILY communication plan based on national and local commercial calendar & loyalty mgt needs
? Duty Two: Constantly improve member benefits and member communication through in-store touch points
.
Measurement and tracking
? Duty One: Continuously improve and optimize campaign planning by implementing measurement and tracking tools (RFM model, MDB, ECM, layer segment and KPI)
? Duty Two: Follow up on ROI for all campaigns through MDB
.
Budget planning
? Duty One: Forecast FAMILY communication budget and have the sense of integration of PR, web and research to maximize use of LM budge
? Duty Two: Safeguard the central investment in local market (LIVE distribution, etc)
.
Lead, develop and mange the IKEA FAMILY shop co-workers
? Duty One: Recruit right people in the FAMILY shop with balance of their strength and needs of the function
? Duty Two: Motivate & develop the team to grow competence and work happily. Set role model of IKEA WAY.
