Job Responsibilities工作职责:
Staffing:
Make use of the efficient channels to search qualified candidates.
CV sourcing and coordinate interview of engineer and above level, execute technician/operator’s interview and evaluate the interview result.
New employee physical check coordination.
Employee staffing management and improvement, including new employee registering/exit procedure, probation follow up, HR data update, employee archive management, etc.
Employee attendance & annual leave record, summary and statistic.
Deal with employment, social insurance, housing fund related process base on regulation of labor bureau.
Training:
Assistant to HR Partner for training plan coordination and follow up
Coordinate glass school training
Admin:
Business car and driver management, shuttle bus arrangement and coordination
Expatriate reception, visa/permit process
Flight and hotel booking for guest
Office stationary, meal card preparation and distribute
Deal with admin related PR, vendor, payment, etc.
EHS：
Total comply with local regulations & laws and follow site EHS procedures /rules.
Attend EHS training, participate in site EHS activities and promote EHS requirements
Timely report any EHS related injury /environmental / occupational health cases and near miss cases and TF4/TF5; and ensure all corrective actions will be closed within defined timeline.
Job Requirements工作要求
Education: College and above;
Language: Fluent in English (oral & written);
Computer skill: Familiar with Ms office and skillfully operation
Work experience: More than 3 year related work experience
