Responsibilities
? Contribute to the development of Centre media sales planning and forecasting, in conjunction with National and Local Additional Income team.
? Manage agency and advertiser relationships to quarterly revenue with targets.
? Manage promo activities to provide high standard customer support.
? Work cross-functionally to articulate and develop new advertising opportunities that meet internal and external advertiser needs.
? Help to create, and execute campaign management efforts to exceed client expectations.
Knowledge
Mandatory for the position
? 3+ years of experience in retail sales and marketing
? Close relationships with agencies and advertisers in local Media Market
? Strong communication skills, with proven ability to share insights that drive results and customer value.
? Outstanding teamwork, organizational and interpersonal skills, with tremendous attention to detail.
? Creative and innovative approach to solving problems and resolving issues
Education
? Bachelor's Degree preferred with concentration in Sales, Marketing, Advertising, or General Business Administration strongly preferred
Capabilities/Skills
? Good interpersonal, organizational, time management, oral and written communication skills both in Chinese and English.
? Good negotiation skills with a flair for the creative; able to engage with entrepreneurs, small business operators and national retailers
? Ability to deal with multiple projects and tasks effectively and establish priorities
? Self-motivated, proactive individual with a positive attitude
? Self-directed, self-confident individual who is achievement and sales oriented
? Good knowledge in MS Work, Power Point Presentation, Adobe Photoshop
Specific Organizational Requirements
? Business travels 25-30 days / year nationally
? Flexible working hours including weekends.
