Mission: The main objective is to support the design manager to coordinate with ID contractor, leasing, property and marketing (Secure the commercial design by Lead architect is implemented by contractor and coordination of consultants and site office)

Roles & Responsibilities

• Co-ordinate the interior consultant team and co-ordinate all the information during the construction phase is responsible for the technical content in the design and secure the commercial design.
• Site Inspection to secure the commercial design by Lead architect is implemented by contractor
• Control that the interior design team has implemented China GB code with special attention to Fire code. The ID shall assist when needed, the DM in necessary negotiations with the authorities.
• Leasing support: Make drawings and sketches for the leasing team. Work according to “Leasing process – Role of Interior Architect, 2011-11-17”
• Support TC to review tenants design, ensure tenants’ design follows our shop front hand book.
• Update Log book for all tenants.
• Coordinate with IICG property and marketing departments, to develop the design brief together with them.
• Special assignments given by Design manager. Sketches, drawings on concept developments.
• Daily support to the Design manager. Support to project team such as drawing management, file structure and administration, upload drawings etc. Support in contact with external parties such as General contractor, authorities, local design institute, etc.

Qualifications

Knowledge& Background:

- University degree in architecture or interior design.

- 5 years experience at least in the field of interior design or developer.

- Work experience regarding commercial architecture.

- Strong experience of interior design construction drawings and site coordinate

Nice to have:

- Leasing experience is an advantage.

- Co-ordination experience in interior design and landscape.

- Knowledge of material sourcing and building specification.

Skills & Abilities:

- Good communication skill. Interacts with others in a sensitive and effective way. Respects and works well with others.

- Good analytical skill

- Good oral and written capability.

- A quick learner

- AutoCAD and Photoshop, Microsoft office package.
