Qualification:
A degree or a diploma in any technical discipline or equivalent
With a minimum of 3 years experience in injection molding environment.
Responsibility:
1. Responsible for area EHS of man and equipment;
2. Daily follow up of area quality KPI and actions plan building with team or cross function team;
3. Ensure and improve production efficiency;
4. Implement WCM actions, lean production tools ( Kaizen,SMED….) into the Area and continuous improvement;
5. Build area monthly cost plan and cost control for area expenditure in line with MM budget.
6. Support and coordinate all activities related to new programs launches and ensure the timing dedicated to Area.
7. Make sure the accuracy of production reports for each shift production team;
8. People management according to MMWH policy
9. Coach the team and new comers for future promotion and team development.
