职位描述

Purpose of the position
The Accountant perform the following tasks under the supervision of the chief accountant: clearing of items, reconciling accounts, maintain bank, debtors & creditors accounts, updates schedules, prepares payments, Cash Box, controlling of Invoice register, etc.

Key Tasks
· Work on Integrated Accounting Software (SAP)
· Coding of Booking documents & posting
· Reconciliation work
· Debtors, Creditors, Bank & Cash accounts to be maintained
· Controlling of outgoing and incoming Invoices
· Updating of schedules
· End of Month / Quarter / Year closing work in close collaboration with the Chief Accountant
· Performs other duties as may be directed by the BUM
As HSE Delegate
· Execution of Global HSE standards and guidelines and Area standards in the Business Unit.
· Provide risk assessments and enforce control measures to mitigate risks and control environmental exposure to a tolerable level.
· Set priorities for implementation of global HSE programs in co-operation with Area HSE Manager in respect to local HSE requirements.
· Train employees on a regular base in various HSE topics (e.g. fire
· response, PPE, recycling behavior etc.).
· Establish HSE processes in the business unit (e.g. fire response procedure and appointment of fire warden and first aider)
· Attend toolbox talks prior to work commencement provided through line management.
· Provide office, warehouse and field inspections on a quarterly base.
· Registration and planning of Inspections, trainings, drills and toolbox talks.
· Be responsible of supervising if, corrective actions as results of accidents / near misses, audits, inspections, risk assessment and toolbox talks, are realized. Collection of all inputs from the staff to improve the HSE performance.
· Collection of HSE KPIs and report to Area HSE/BPQ and keeping of the records to his file.
· Provide accident and near miss investigation and reporting to Business Unit Manager and Area HSE/BPQ.
· Provide induction training to job starters, trainees, part timers, foreign colleagues, disabled persons.
· Be responsible of local HSE awareness campaigns roll-out and communication to employees
