1. Master degree in mechanics;
2. Over five years experience in mech. design; development experience of analytical instruments, home appliance products, medical devices preferable;
3. Proficient in 3D design software, preferable inventor;
4. Familiar with relevant GB and international standards;
5. Good command of English, especially listening and speaking;
6. Willing to work independently as well as to cooperate with peers;
7. Good interpersonal, communication and leadership skills;
8. Self motivated;
9. Cost consciousness;
10. Willing to learn and improve;
11. Ready to travel.

1. Research work, for instance on materials or competing products;
2. Design laboratory and analysis devices according to valid standards and guidelines;
3. Control production design and manufacturing costs;
4. Make sure the development process is in accordance with pre-set project schedule;
5. Assemble functional samples and prototypes;
6. Collect and evaluate test data of the above;
7. Compile technical documents;
8. Conduct calculations and simulations;
9. Prepare BOM, technical drawings, instruction manuals and etc;
10. Analyze hazard and error;
11. Implement technical changes and product management;
12. Cooperate and support relevant function divisions, such as production, application, service, purchasing.
