Responsibilities:

1. Preparation of new drawings. Pneumatic and hydraulic diagrams. Assembling and dimensional drawings
2. Re-design of existing dispersing, stirring, and mixing machines as well as of stands.
3. Design of easy mechanical parts like enclosure, mixing tools, drive, mixing chambers and vessels, pipings in cooperation with the mechanical design engineer.
4. Design of metal, ceramic, plastic and casted parts.
5. Monitoring of dates for standard and customized machines (supply date and assembling).
6. Selection and coordination with subcontractors.
7. Supporting sales department on costing, quotations, technical consultation etc.
8. Modification of existing technical and production documentations, project files, as well as instruction manuals.
9. Readiness to travel (Germany). Readiness to participate in further trainings.

Qualifications:

1. At least 3 years professional experience in the R&D area of machinery and/or industrial processing.
2. Experienced with conception design, technical and economic evaluation, cost-consciousness.
3. Experienced in, preparation of detailed design documents.
4. Good knowledge of current development tools, ideally of the 3-D CAD design software INVENTOR and 2-D software AUTOCAD.
5. Chinese native speaker; English beneficial
6. Targeted thinking and practically oriented acting, team ability, flexibility, very good communication, commitment, team work.
