Qualifications:
1. Master degree in mechanics engineering or precision mechanics;
2. Special experience in development of remote controlled toys.


Responsibilities:
1. New development and construction of toys, especially remote controlled toy cars, with responsibility for implementation, and attending until serial production;
2. Work with given development tools in the areas of hardware and software;
3. Cost consciousness and schedule consciousness for the projects;
4. Research work, for instance on materials or competing products;
5. Responsibility for the assembly of functional samples and prototypes and their test evaluation;
6. Implementation of developments with due regard of performance and requirement specifications. Compilation of full documentations, keeping of project files. Conduction of calculations and simulations. Preparation of bills of materials, technical drawings. Preparation of technical documentations, for example instruction manuals etc;
7. Consideration of in-plant processes and standards (ISO, Milestones);
8. Work in accordance with valid standards and guidelines, for example toy guideline, EMC guideline, etc;
9. Implementation of changes, as well as product management;
10. Close cooperation with, and support of, specialized departments such as industrial engineering, manufacturing, applications engineering, service, purchasing.
11. Readiness to travel (Germany);
12. Readiness to participate in further trainings, to visit fairs etc;
13. English speaking.
