Qualifications:
1 Bachelor or Master degree in Chemistry, Biology or related;
2 4 or above years sales, service or lab experience with strong technology bachground;
3 Proficiency in Chinese & English;
4 Strategizing & Planning Skills on a clear customer-focused and growth-oriented blueprint for team or trade area;
5 Good market understanding, customer experience and sales sense, skilled analysis on sales, marketing and industry data;
6 Team player and leadership skill;
7 Training and coaching skills;
8 Inspires & energizes others to stretch and win;
9 Self-motivated & willing to travel.
Responsibilities:
1 Blueprint as a market-based product selling manual, with first goal of product target achievement;
2 Analysis, watch and monitor sales, marketing and industry data , find root reason for gap, and develop plans to achieve product target;
3 Indentify sales opportunities and share applications within sales team, contribute to big project;
4 Coach sales with knowledge and skills on finding target customer;
5 Competition management and integrated product strategy;
6 Buildup industry relationship with KOL;
7 New products launching & spreading;
8 Relevant paper work or report requested;
9 Advice on technical upgrading.
