任职要求：
1. 大专以上学历，机械、自动化或其它相关专业；
2. 3～5年工业设备类产品的技术支持或售后服务经验；
3. 良好的中英文表达能力（书面和口语）；
4. 善于解决技术问题；
5. 良好的学习能力；
7. 适应经常出差。

工作职责：
1. 产品的组装和调试；
2. 为客户提供产品培训；
3. 与客户保持良好的合作关系；
4. 为客户提供技术指导；
5. 客服数据的统计和分析，帮助提高客服质量；
6. 工业设备总监安排的其它相关工作内容。


Qualifications：
1. College or higher degree in mechanical, automation or similar majors;
2. 3~5 years product or service experience in process or similar products;
3. Proficiency in Chinese & English( Witting and speaking);
4. Good communication skills and service awareness;
5. Good at trouble shooting;
6. Good learning ability;
7. Used to business trip frequently.

Responsibilities：
1. Assembling and Adjusting of new machine;
2. Training in customer side;
3. Repairing or maintain job in customer side;
4. Solve customers' technical problems;
5. Collect and analyze service statistics and help to improve products quality;
6. Other temporary assignments from Process Director.
