工作职责：

1. 理解掌握PCBA的测试流程和测试设备的使用方法，指导生产线员工进行板卡的测试；

2. 快速处理生产制造过程中的问题，确保生产顺利进行；

3. 对在线故障进行初步的分析和定位，将问题点进行模块级的分类和统计；

4. 与PCBA生产厂家进行沟通和问题反馈，提供建议和意见；

5. 与研发人员沟通，反馈产品的不良状况和设计缺陷。

任职要求：

1. 电子，自动控制，通信，机电一体化类本科及以上学历；

2. 本科3年以上，专科5年以上工作经验，2年以上电子产品设计，调试经验。

3. 扎实的数字模拟电子基础，能快速理解电子产品设计原理 ；

4. 有较强的故障分析处理能力，能快速定位故障；

5. 熟练使用各类测量工具（示波器，万用表等），有良好的SMD焊接技术；

6. 熟悉电子产品的法规要求及其测试原理；

7. 熟悉PCBA的生产流程和测试方法；

8. 掌握基本的统计方法；

9. 英语读写能力俱佳；

10. 乐于从事故障分析处理，工作认真负责；

11. 熟悉LabVIEW, 有ICT夹具设计经验者优先。
