Areas / Scope of Responsibility (岗位职责):

-作为驻厂质量代表，负责监控Valmont公司北美电力事业部在中国广东江门工厂和山东海阳工厂生产的输电线路钢杆结构产品的质量控制过程。

As the on-site quality representative of Valmont North America Utility Division, this person shall be responsible for quality control process of all the utility steel structure products that are made at Valmont Guangdong Plant and Shandong Plant.

-核对并批准钢厂的质保书， 保证生产北美电力产品的钢材符合ASTM以及Valmont的材料规范要求。

Verify and approve Material Testing Reports or Mill Certificates to make sure steel materials used in the manufacture of NA utility products meets specific ASTM and Valmont material specifications.

-负责检查所有北美电力项目和订单的检验测试计划书 （ITP）

Review Inspection and Testing Plan (ITP) for all NA utility projects and orders.

-监控Valmont广东和山东做北美电力订单的生产过程和检验过程， 保证项目ITP的正确执行。 监控生产和检验过程符合AWS D1.1以及Valmont的规范要求。

Oversee the manufacturing process and quality control process conducted by Valmont Guangdong plant and Valmont Shandong plant for NA utility orders. Oversee the implementation of ITP for each project. To make sure the production and inspection processes meet AWS D1.1 and Valmont specifications.

-协助工厂的质量控制人员编写和检查首件检验的检验表。 依据Valmont美国提供的制造图纸进行订单的首件检验。

Assist with the writing and the review of the first article check lists with the Valmont China quality personnel. Conduct First Article Inspections (FAI) using the US supplied shop drawings.

-与北美电力部门沟通，负责澄清任何制造规范和检验规范的要求，保证广东厂和山东厂充分理解规范要求。

Communicate with Valmont NA Utility Division to make sure manufacturing and inspection criteria are clearly defined and communicated to Valmont Guangdong and Shandong.

-参与工厂质量部工作， 针对北美电力订单的质量问题反馈的信息进行根本性原因分析，提出相应的整改措施，并验证其有效性；

Participate and support the root cause analysis of any quality problems associated with NA utility products, and propose appropriate countermeasures to improve and verify its effectiveness;

-与Valmont中国管理团队协作，预防和减少潜在的质量风险。

Work with Valmont China management to prevent and minimize any potential quality issues.

Requirements (任职资格要求):

-本科以上学历，焊接，机械类专业；

Bachelor’s Degree or above with a major in welding , or mechanics or other related field;

-5 年以上相关工作经验；

5+ years progressive working experience in related field;

-熟悉AWS， D1.1 规范，持有CWI，ASNT UTⅡ 级证书

Solid knowledge of AWS, D1.1 standard. CWI and ASNT UTⅡrequired;

-有UT探伤操作经验

Hands-on experience of performing UT inspection

-英语汉语书面及口语沟通流畅；

Fluent both in written and oral English and Chinese.

-熟练使用各种量具；

Familiar in using all kinds of inspection measurement tools

-熟悉ISO9001系统方法；

Familiar with ISO9001 method

-熟悉程控、数控、焊接、镀锌，喷涂等与业务有关的知识；

Familiar with Process Control, Computerized Numerical Control, Welding, Painting, Galvanization etc..

-擅长沟通和 人际交流；

Good communication skills and interpersonal skills

-出差频率70%。
