Responsibilities:

RF Driver development and testing for 2G/3G(TD) cellular RF reference designs
Evaluate transceivers, design and develop RF drivers for Broadcom and non-Broadcom RFICs
Design and develop calibration firmware to improve test time and performance, both for lab settings and production environments
3GPP RF related conformance testing and verification of mobile platforms
Work with Stack and L1 team to design the optimal 2G/3G(TD) software cellular modem
Support customers with adapting Broadcom solutions
Skill and Experience Requirements:

Good knowledge of C language
5 or more years of experience in RF systems design, integration and testing for cellular communication systems. Strong software or hardware development and debugging skills. (If Master, can be 3 years experience)
Strong understanding of wireless standards (GSM, GPRS, EGPRS, WCDMA and HSDPA/HSUPA or TDSCDMA, TD-LTE) is essential.
Must have hands-on experience with GSM/GPRS/EDGE and WCDMA or TDSCDMA/TD-LTE test equipments and calibration methodology.
Good written and oral communications skills in English and Chinese.
BS in Electrical engineering, MS preferred
Good team work attitude.
