Job-Description:
工作描述：
- Assure product and process quality of supplied parts
确保供方产品和过程的质量。
- Support following departments on all Global Sourcing and Local Content Activities in Asia related to parts quality and supplier quality management issues : Customer and Partner Purchasing-, Development-, Quality- and Logistic Department
支持全球采购和亚洲本地所有与零部件质量和供应商质量管理问题相关部门：客户和合作伙伴的采购、开发、质量和物流部门。
- Supplier Evaluation (SPE) including tools Supplier Evaluation
供应商评估(SPE)包括工具供应商评估。
- Supplier Risk Assessment (RA) with the focus on product and process quality, quality management system and manufacturing technologies
供应商风险评估(RA)，专注于产品和流程的质量,质量管理体系和制造技术。
- Evaluation of qualification costs and definition of required measurements and agreement with the supplier
与供方就认证成本，测量要求定义达成一致。
- SPE,RA report, Qualification cost and risk measurement sheet is required as output
作为工作结果的一部分：完成SPE,RA report, 认证成本和风险评价表。
- Steer and monitor QM part for Global Sourcing and Local Content Projects according to Customers Quality Processes and requirements (e.g. RGA), including the steering of series tooling
根据顾客质量流程和要求，控制和监视全球采购和本地项目的QM 零件，包括控制系列工装。
- Buy off parts, tooling and checking devices at the supplier location during the build phases
制作阶段的买入件，工装和检具在供方现场的确认
- QM part preparation for launch, product and process audit(PZS) at supplier and ISIR release
在供方现场的QM零件的量产准备，产品和过程审核以及ISIR签署发布
- Analyze parts quality problems and coordinate the problem solving process
分析零部件质量问题并协调解决问题的过程。
- RGA in time complete, buy off sheet, PZS, ISIR etc. quality milestones complemented is required as output
及时完成相关质量节点的输出，RGA,,PZS,ISIR等
- Assure Ramp up curve
保证爬坡过程的质量
- Supplier Requalification as required (REQ)
需要时，对供方进行重新认证。
- Supplier Relocation release (SV)
供方异地生产的重新认证。
- Logistics process analysis (LOPA)
物流过程分析（LOPA）。
- During all the phases, to solve quality problems assign by PQM system and to initiate escalation in case of deviation in quality performance of suppliers
当供方质量表现出现偏差时，实施调整，确保各阶段的PQM系统提示的质量问题的解决。


Qualifications:
任职资格：
- University degree or equivalent qualification in subject area plastics, metal, electrical, mechanical engineering, vehicle
本科或同等学历，主修塑料、金属、电气、机械工程、车辆等。
- Experience in supplier management, process technologies, and various common voting methods in the automotive industry
具有汽车行业的供应商管理，工艺技术及多样的行业技能。
- several years of experience in the automotive industry
数年的汽车行业经验。
- Line management, Quality commodity leader and Customers management (representatives of plants and technologies)
分类部件主管和顾客管理（工厂和技术的代表）
- Interfaces at Purchasing, Engineering, QM and Logistics as well as other central departments and technology functions
作为采购、工程、QM和物流等主要部门的接口。
- All necessary supplier levels functions in regards to the defined service level agreements (LSV) as well as all agreements on process measurements and relevant decisions on QM-Issues
保证所签订的服务协议所涉及的过程监控和QM的相关问题在供方得到落实。
- English is a must, German would be a plus
英语流利，会德语优先。
- Willing to travel
可以出差。
- strong personal commitment, teamwork, customer-oriented thinking and acting

- Knowledge of MS-Office
