职位描述

Responsibilities:
1.Cash reimbursement and payment ;
负责分公司的日常现金报销及付款;
2.Prepare daily cash book and daily cash check list of office;
负责登记分公司的现金日记账,保管现金及每日进行现金盘点,保证帐实相符;
3.All bank items and issue bank reconciliation statement of office.
负责分公司的所有银行事项并每月做银行调节表;
4.Check all the cash and bank reimbursement of office;
负责审核分公司的所有现金及银行报销单据;
5.Accrued the variable cost of trucking, freight and destination charge, write off the long time accrued expenses of office on time;
负责分公司的预提变动成本的输机及制表,及时清理预提费用;
6.Check the storage of material and uniform every month of office;
负责分公司的包装材料及制服的管理;
7.Input journal of Chinese staffs salary & individual tax of office;
负责分公司中方工资及个所税入账;
8.All kinds of tax calculation and declaration of office;
负责分公司各项税款的计算、缴纳及申报;
9.Register and file the blank Debit note and Credit note of office.
负责分公司空白Debit note及Credit note的领取登记及存档管理;
10.Issue and manage tax invoices of office;
负责分公司税务发票的打印及管理;
11.Check inventory and fixed assets at the end of year of office;
每年底对分公司进行存货及固定资产盘点;
12.Transfer sales from MM system to SUN system and check the invoices between hard copy and soft copy of office;
负责分公司的从MM系统过销售收入到SUN系统, 并检查打印发票与SUN系统收入是否一致;
13. Keep reasonable cash flow
负责保持分公司合理的现金流量,账户余额不足应及时通知分公司经理,账户余额过多应及时汇往总公司;
14. Be responsible for the personnel file management and staff payoff, help to arrange welfare for all office staffs;
负责分公司人事档案管理和员工工资的发放工作,并负责落实公司职工的福利问题(如,住房公积金、养老保险、医疗保险等);
15. Be responsible for administrative affairs of office and keep record of attendance, leave and etc;
负责分公司办公室行政事务,并记录考勤及请销假等;
16. Wuhan office and equipment safety maintenance;
分公司办公室及办公设备的安全管理及维护;
17. Be responsible for office registering and annually check in commercial bureau and related government on time ;
负责分公司及时在工商, 海关等政府部门的登记与年检;
18. Ensure office telephone & telecom run smoothly and contact with related government;
保证分公司电话, 电信等运行畅通及相关政府部门的联络;
19. Be responsible for the daily cost for Wuhan office arranged on time, including water cost, electricity cost, telephone & internet cost, office & warehouse rental and related payment;
负责分公司相关日常费用的按时支付,包括水费,电费,电话费,宽带费,办公室及仓库房租等;
20. Be responsible for the management and checking for Expense Management Service(EMS) in Relocation business ;
负责分公司安居业务中,支出管理服务(EMS)的账务管理及核对;
21. Assist Sales and Branch Manager to check and receive the un-receivable debit amount;
协助销售人员及分公司经理核对及时收回应收账款;


Requirement:
-大专以上学历,财务相关专业
-一年以上工作经验
-良好的英文读写能力
-良好的沟通技巧
