职责描述 Key Accountabilities：
1、负责具体临床试验的组织、实施和监查工作，确保临床试验按标准操作程序执行（包括site的启动、监察、关闭及期间的研究者会议等一系列流程）Responsible for clinical trial in organization, implementation and inspection work, ensure that clinical trials performed according to standard operating procedure (including the start,monitor and close of the site)
2、保证试验文件的妥善保管和归档及药品的发放、回收Ensure safekeeping and archiving of testing file,distributing and recycling of drug
3、所有操作及文件符合GCP、SOP及合规All operations and documents conform to GCP、SOP及compliance
职能需求 Competence Profile：
1、医学、药学、生物、护理等Life science相关学科的本科以上学历，prefer更高（没有相应工作经验的须硕士及以上学历）Prefer master degree with Medical, Pharmaceutical, Nursing and life science related. Bachelor degree with years of related working experience also can be considered
2、能够在6月初上岗Can start to work before early of June
3、良好的英文能力，六级以上Good English skills,CET-6 or equivalent proficiency level
4、抗压，能适应一定频率的出差Good resistance to pressure,can accept a certain frequency on a business trip
5、良好的沟通、协调及解决问题的能力Good communication, coordination and problem solving skills
