Job Responsibilities:
1.Total responsibility for CNC workshop;
2.Manage daily production which includes: production planning, shift arrangement, efficiency and scrap control, work discipline;
3.Manage CNC quality and process which includes: CNC error parameter , process improvement and process stability;
4.Responsible for pre-maintenance and implementing maintenance schedule of CNC machine and equipment;
5.Responsible for layout, house-keeping, safety and environment requirements;
6.In coordination to new product/project launching.
Requirements:
1.At least 10 years experience in CNC machining environment;
2.At least 3 yrs manager experience;
3.Bachelor degree or above;
4.Result-oriented and capable to manage multi tasks within designed targets;
5.Be able to drive for meeting work discipline, company policy;
6.Excellent communication skill and problem solving;
7.Fluent English and Chinese speaking.
