Material Control senior manager（材料控制经理）

Responsibilities（岗位职责）：

1. Leading and coordinating a team of planners, buyers and material control staff and report to Materials management. (MM).

2. MM leader in CFT (Customer focus team).

3. Analyze customer demand and formulate:

- Product Replenishment strategies;

- Supply strategies;

- Inventory strategies;

- FCC and MPS strategies;

- Agility and flexibility;

- Process compliance.

4. Pursue company goals and objectives and translate into departmental and functional goals and objectives, and actions plan.

5. Develop materials management system to co-mingle business systems, operation strategies, processes & procedures, and ERP system to best fit / meet customer demands in a customer, products, and operation specific environment.

Requirement（任职要求）：

1. Degree holder in business or related discipline in Supply Chain Management / Logistics and Warehouse an advantage.

2. 10 years plus experiences in material management or PMC field.

3. In-depth understanding and hand-on / solid experience in planning, purchasing and material control functions.

4. Experience in Change Management. Willing to initiate and adapt to change in a challenging environment.

5. Well versed in English and presentation skills.

6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills when dealing with internal and external parties.

7. Strong people management skills.

8. Confident as a leader.
