职位描述
Manufacture engineering/improving senior manager（制造工程经理）
Responsibilities（岗位职责）：
1. Direct responsible for ME, QE
2. Supervise and coordinate the activities of the engineering personnel to ensure projects are completed on time, on budget, and as specified.
3. Establish systematic & self sustaining manufacturing system for better control & monitoring.
4. Equipment Engineering Management.
5. Manage Supervisory personnel to meet overall department objectives. 6. Write and maintain work instructions for the department.
7. Interface with customers and vendors to meet customer demand, and assist in sourcing new vendors.
8. Plan and define continuing education requirements in anticipation of future technologies.
9. Develop and support the engineering team to ensure we maintain a technical competitive advantage.
10. Continually reduce turnaround time of samples and development of new solutions.
11. Continually improve the quality of samples and prototypes delivered to our customers, thereby reducing the number of design cycles for new products.
12. Ensure a smooth transition of new products from engineering through manufacturing.
13.Establish and maintain effective communication between engineering and our customers, so we may readily respond to market changes and/or customer demands.
Requirement（任职要求）：
1. Good English communication skills, both oral and written
2.Strong Troubleshooting Skills
3. TPS or Lean Manufacturing Principles
4. CAD (AutoCAD, PRO-E), MSOffice, ERP (Tetra, QAD, Mapics, etc) systems experience.
5 Data Driven Individual
6. Attention to detail
7. 3+ years supervisory experience ，5+ years design experience
大型制造业（6000以上员工的工厂），电子类五金行业，制造工程管理经验；
