1. Responsibility area

· Manage local tasks specific to the site as follow:

o Promix

o Rockbis/SAP

2. Tasks

· Provision of Promix support..

· Ensure a good and professional relationship to the end-users.

· Initiative and execute improvement tasks in Promix support.

· Other tasks that may be created based on operational needs. These tasks management will be agreed upon before handing over.

· During Implementation Period of Rockbis China:

o Preparation of data in Promix for Rockbis/SAP upload.

o Provide advice on Implementation processes, a check and balance on GRIT.

o Preparation and Documentation of Process Flow Charts.

o Central Documentation of Rockbis/SAP Master Data.

o Central Documentation of Rockbis/SAP User Mannual.

· After Implementation of Rockbis China:

o Design Reports to Support business needs.

o Support and Improve Rockbis from Business perspective.

o Keeper of Training Mannual.

o Keeper Process Flow Chart.

o Liaise with GRIT to improvise Rockbis from Business perspective.

o Uploading of Master Data.

o Assist in Business Continuity Programme.

3. Duty outside normal business hours

On a need basis for e.g.. Due to project or operational needs.
