As the Program Solutions Associate, you will participate in an exciting environment and will join a highly motivated and talented team to work in the following areas:

? Work with American schools to shape/adapt their education system to international students.
? Help International students to quickly adapt and merge into new school and society.
? Interact throughout our various teams to seek and to provide quality support to international students.
? Formulate and evangelize the approved method to enhance satisfaction of the international program

Qualifications
? BA or higher
? Possess interpersonal and mediation skills, problem-solving skills, telephone and email skills
? Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English
? Professionalism and punctuality, with the ability to work independently
? Flexibility and willingness to work and communicate outside normal business hours
? Ability to multi-task
? Committed to providing positive experiences to the students, parents and schools
? Sensitive to cultural differences
? Easily work closely with managers and colleagues around the globe
?work in GUANGZHOU

Prefer
? Proven experience working with high school students
? MA or other equivalent advanced degree
? 2+ years customer service or marketing experience
