Archibat HR正在为世界著名的建筑事务所招聘为协助团队做广州高层建筑项目设计的的助理驻场建筑师。
工作协助团队做细节设计和施工图设计及修改。
Archibat HR Asia is looking for Assistant Resident Architect (Station in Guangzhou) for a famous international Architectural practice to be based on high rise project site in Guangzhou.
To assist design team in detailed design and construction drawing design and revisions
1. 国内外知名大学建筑学专业毕业，至少4年工作经验，包括2年在现场驻场经验。
2. 拥有丰富的现场经验以及熟练的施工图技术，精通现场施工标准和安装方法，有国内或香港大规模项目的工作经验。
3. 有大型综合项目的工作经验者优先
4. 英语、广东话、普通话听说读写熟练

1. Degree holder in Architecture from recognized University with minimum of 4 years of experience, 2 years of which shall be resident on site;
2. Extensive site experience and conversant with construction details, workmanship standards and installation methods for all trades and finishes onsite, have involved in large scale Hong Kong or PRC projects;
3. Experience in large-scale integrated projects will be an advantage;
4. Good command of English、Cantonese and Mandarin both in spoken and written.
