职位描述

-For our Global Share Service in Guangzhou we are looking for a Specialist HRS at the earliest opportunity.

What are my responsibilities?
Mission
-Accurate and timely execution of transactional services defined in the global product catalogue for internal customers in accordance with company regulations and guidelines.
Contacts:
-GSS external: Customers, users and external partners
-GSS internal: GO DC BL management & experts, GSS GO DC management & cross support functions, regional GSS BL

Responsibility (fully):
-In the respective area of responsibility delivers transactional services in according to SLA in demanded quality and in accordance with company regulations and guidelines. Participate in GSS local and/or global improvement projects and initiatives.
Compliance & Risk Management (fully):
-Accomplishment and participation in compliance program and internal control activities
-Support data completion in compliance with company rules and regulations of customers
-Provides the routine checks of internal control system (SOA, RIC, etc.)
-Prepares documentation for auditors of particular customer
Customers (& Partners) (Partially):
-Daily communication with customers & external partners in agreed language(s) on professional level
Processes (partially):
-Develops through professional knowledge of business processes and the role of GSS within the respective area of responsibility (fully)
-Executes assigned tasks and activities with high efficiency and quality following the company and customer rules, regulations, policies and/or instructions (fully)
-Demonstrates strong service delivery focus (fully)
-Implements continuous improvements of provided services through analytical KPI-based approach
-Implements new and updated processes
-Participates in training activities and programs for new procedures, service extensions or enhancements
-Supports and performs other assigned tasks as required
-Provides dedicated GSS services from the global product catalogue within the own area of responsibility with high efficiency based on individual task descriptions
Processes (fully):
-Supports and performs other assigned tasks as required -Provides dedicated GSS services from the global product catalogue within the own area of responsibility with high efficiency based on individual task descriptions
-Performs additional administrative tasks related to the job (KPIs reporting, quality check etc.)
-Provides the routine checks of internal control system (SOA, RIC etc.)
-Prepares documentation for auditors of particular customer
-Supports on transfer projects, integration/carve out projects, IT projects
Employees / People Development (fully):
-Coaching new employees and support of professionals
-HRS (fully):: Support/contributes to providing standard HR services by processing transactions in line with company regulations and guidelines for a specific HRS service lines.

What do I need to qualify for this job?
Knowledge:
Functional Expertise
-Company and customer policies & procedures and work instructions, relevant parts of the labor code and
relevant HR business processes.
1. monthly social insurance declaration
2. issue staff certificates
3. support Ad-hoc emplolyee data input in SAP
4. hukou transfer and management
5. visa service execution
Technology Fields & Business Methods
Continuous Improvement/Lean Management –Quality Improvement Methods
-Understanding quality management methodology, understanding quality KPIs, quality reporting, quality improvement programs, continuous quality and efficiency improvement, quality improvement methods and tools in the respective area of responsibility
Project Management –Project Controlling/Closure
-Support on projects
Further Required Knowledge
-Min. 1 year experience user knowledge in specific IT-Systems e.g. SAP (and/or other systems if applicable), MS Office and Case & Order management.
Fields of Experiences
Service Business
-Typically 1 to 3 years of experience within service operations/service management area (in two or more business processes/areas)
International Exposure
-At least 1 years of international exposure required for cross border service delivery positions
