Introduction:
-Siemens Real Estate AA Management Trainee Program offers you the ideal start to your career in Corporate Real Estate industry. The program provides you intensive learning opportunity via Job Rotation, Training, Mentoring etc., in Asia-Australia platform.
-The program, which enables you to actively integrate your interests and your qualifications, consists 2-3 assignments within one year, covering Portfolio Management, Project Management as well as Customer Relationship Management.
-You will also receive training programs opportunities for personal development. A personal mentor will be at your side for the duration of the program, helping you to achieve your various objectives while promoting your development and assisting you in planning your career.

What are my responsibilities?
-With integration trainings and cross-department assignments to gain a comprehensive understanding of Siemens Real East business, including SRE business module, project management, process, customer etc.,
-Job assignment in Portfolio Management, Project Management as well as Customer Relationship Management. Deliver results on respective assignment.

What do I need to qualify for this job?
-Bachelor degree above majored in Electrical Engineering and Automation, Civil and Structural Engineering, Architecture, Real Estate
-Fluency in English; knowledge of further languages is welcome
-Open-minded, highly motivated and ready to take on challenges
-Flexible, mobile and interested in working in an international and constantly changing work environment
-Desire to pursue a career within Corporate Real Estate industry
-2015年毕业生，本科以上学历。
-专业电气及自动化、土木工程、建筑、房地产管理相关。
-流利的英文。
-在毕业前可持续实习6个月以上，本周实习至少3-5天。
-实习考核结束优秀者可留用作为正式员工。
