Business Justification:

To increase support capabilities in China and to continue maintaining quality/professional support to customers.

Duties & Responsibilities the employee is expected to perform:

Providing technical support to China customers on our suite of QAD ERP, Progress and Oracle database,

Qualification, skills and experience required:

1. Education at university level in Computer Science or Information Systems;

2. Familiar with Windows/Linux operation systems and network;

3. Familiar with RDBMS, SQL;

4. Ability to do 4GL programming;

5. Be good at communication, fluency in English;

6. Strong self-study ability is a must;

7. Teamwork oriented and self-motivated;

8. About 1 year hands-on experience with ERP package or internal technical support experience is a plus

9. This position is also open to graduates. Associate Technical Support Consultant will be offered to inexperienced and excellent candidates.
