职位描述
SUMMARY
Provide personal administrative support to management and the company through conducting and organizing administrative duties and activities including receiving and handling information.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1 Include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
§ Prepare, edit and manage correspondence, presentations, reports and documents
§ Take, type and distribute minutes of meetings
§ Set up and maintain filing systems
§ Arrange and confirm appointments and maintain schedules and calendars
§ Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, travel arrangements
§ Implement and maintain office systems
§ Organize internal and external events
§ Handle incoming mail and other material
§ Conduct research, assemble and analyze data to prepare reports and documents
§ Set up work procedures
§ Review operating practices and implement improvements where necessary
§ Communicate verbally and in writing to answer inquiries and provide information
§ Liaison with internal and external contacts
§ Interact with external clients (China and overseas)
§ Coordinate the flow of information both internally and externally
2 EXPORT DEPARTMENT RELATED DUTIES
§ Assist Export Department in Communicating with customers, Finishing Purchase Orders, Production Orders.
§ Assist Export Department in planning and arranging shipments to foreign countries through forwarder.
§ Assist Export department in other duties and tasks as may be required.
3 SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
§ Follow-up on Project Deadlines, Tasks
§ Supervise and train other staff as assigned by header

§ Worked in similar position of foreign enterprise for more than 3 years

§ Experience in HR related work
