Qualification:

1. CNC machining knowledge, or other manufacturing knowledge

2. Good command of MS Office software.

3. Problem investigation and corrective action implementation capability.

4. Familiar with the project management tools.

5. Good communication in English.

6. Knowledge on lean and GMP.

7. ISO 13485 or similar quality system knowledge.

8. CNC programming capability is preferred.

9. Data analysis skill.

10. At least 3+ years related experience.

11. Experience in developing and working with small group problem solving teams.

12. Experience on process development in medical device industry is preferred.

13. Experience on process quality.

14. B.S. in Engineering, or above.



Responsibility:

1. The primary objective of this position is to work on the product transfer projects to achieve excellent quality, delivery and cost goals.

2. Work with the sending plant team and local project team to support on the execution of project tasks, ensure the project time line can be met.

3. Responsible for the PPAP tracking, and document filing. Responsible for PPAP final approval process.

4. Identify and ensure proper transfer training needs for new technologies.

5. Continuously fully comply will all GMP standard requirements.

6. Responsible to stop further processing in the event of encountering non-conforming products condition.

7. Transfer production lines from product transfer project to production. Participate in project teams as key process representative.

8. Production in process control plan design and execution.

9. Work closely with production cell to achieve production goals.

10. Process problems, NCR investigation, corrective action plan and execution.

11. Transfer the knowledge from the project team to production team. Training of operators/technicians on the product and process.

12. Shop floor equipment trouble-shooting.

13. Drive for continuous improvement in quality, delivery and cost.
