RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Planning and Budgeting:

§ Develop and implement company Quality development budget plan; and monitor the execution of budget in order to support company quality improvement and development strategy and achieve the department's performance goal.

2. Quality Assurance:

§ Establish and implement the company wide quality strategies in all phases of manufacturing operation in order to ensure that all products produced and shipped meet the quality standards;

§ Review and check Internal and external products; provide customer service and supports after sales; now focus on the market in order to enhance customer satisfaction.

§ Manage the costs of quality to acceptable levels, and dispose keep the document record per customer and/or industry requirement;

3. Customer complaint handling/Customer supports:

§ Continually improve customer service quality level, in order to improve the response time to customers’ complaint.

§ Eliminate reparative customer complaint, in order to improve customer satisfaction;

4. Supplier Quality Management:

§ Conduct and control supplier (internal and external) quality system in order to make sure components satisfy product line;

§ Approve the supplier classification and the critical claims in order to make sure components satisfy product line;

§ Regularly pay visit/audit to strategic vendors, in order to improve supplier control;

§ Continually improve vendor in process quality control, in order to upgrading vendor quality level

§ Supplier change control, in order to optimize the structure of supplier;
