Responsibilities

· Ensure Company’s promotional activities are cascaded down and implemented effectively by all field sales personnel.

· Set sales and distribution targets, in consultation with the NSD and Trade Marketing.

· Ensure the adherence to the agreed journey plans for field sales personnel.

· Ensure effective implementation of Merchandising guidelines and standards

· Conduct Distribution audit during market visits and discuss follow-up actions with Distributors concerned.

· Evaluate continuously distributors’ overall performances and formulate alternatives/solution if certain distributors are performing below par.

· Manage the sales and marketing budgets and ensure the promotional budgets are effectively and prudently spent.

· Hold monthly discussions with Regional Sales Mgr. / Area Sales Manager, Area Sales Executive, Sales Supervisor/ Business Development Representatives together with Distributors’ field sales personnel to resolve trade and other operational issues.

· Evaluate competitive activities, report and recommend counter actions.

· Ensure bottom-up sales forecast by sku by distributor is submitted 2 months ahead.



Qualifications

· University graduate or above

· Demonstrated track record of success

· 8+ years people leadership experience

· 8-10 years front-line sales experience

· P&L understanding and management skill

· Professional customer selling / mgt. skills

· Larger team responsibility preferred

· KA & Distributor management experience preferred

· Negotiation/problem solving skills

· Strong analytical/time management skills

· Good computer skill (Excel, Word, Power point and database management)
