职位描述

POSITION PURPOSE: Responsible for managing customers that are part of QAD’s On Demand and Application Managed Services portfolio. This position will be accountable for the relationship between QAD and the customer. This includes responsibility around working with the customer and guiding them to set the correct priorities regarding tasks, project, software implementation timelines, budget concerns as well as handling the day to day issues that come up during a customer’s daily use of the QAD application. This position is the single point of contact for our customers from QAD regarding escalations to issues; process improvement opportunities and helping the customer manage their risk regarding project and daily activity requests. This position will manage resources on the ground at the customer’s location regarding time, tasks and direction as well as manage the calls that each customer has through the QAD ticketing system.

This position will be responsible for working with the customer to find new business opportunities for QAD based on what they see the customer needs as well as to working with the customer regarding customer contract, invoicing and standard receivable issues. This position will hold regular meetings with the customer, prepare presentations and be responsible for raising escalated issues to higher authority for decisions that could impact the revenue impact to QAD.

Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.

Tracks and reports team hours and expenses on a weekly basis.
Manages project budget.
Determines appropriate revenue recognition, ensures timely and accurate invoicing, and monitors receivables for project.
Follows up with clients, when necessary, regarding unpaid invoices.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE: The minimum education, training and/or experience required to perform this job.
§ Education/Licenses: Bachelor’s in Business Management / Administration
§ Experience: 7+ years, with a minimum of 5 in services and 2 in project management
§ QAD product knowledge: Familiar with QAD ERP system and better have some implementation experience on QAD ERP
§ Computer skills: Management of production systems operations and working knowledge of WAN/LAN technology. Operating systems Windows, Linux, Unix, database concepts and backup, recovery and process alerting tools. Usage of Project tools such as MS office products, charting and Gantt charts
§ Other knowledge or skills: Management capabilities.
