Main Responsibilities:
Follow up and coordinate failure reports from the aftermarket
跟踪和协调从售后市场取得的错误报告
Analyze quality deviations together with design department and production department. Find out root causes and solutions in the shortest time
与设计和生产部门共同分析质量问题.找到问题根源并在最短的时间内找到解决方案
Initiate, plan and coordinate quality campaign
启动,计划和协调车辆召回
Follow up supplier quality deviations. Monitor the status and ensure that non-conformances are closed in time
跟进供应商的质量问题.监督状态非一致性问题及时了结
Track quality performance on regular basis.
定期跟踪质量表现
Support the after after sales organization in method studies
支持售后团队的拆装试验
Support the spare parts organization in development of Spare Parts process
支持零配件团队的配件流程的完善
Develop interface between various functions for quality improvements and implementation
在质量提高和实施方面,开拓不同部门之间的接口
Participate in quality seminar at the headquarter
参加总部的质量研讨会
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Vehicle engineering or related field
机械或车辆工程或相关领域的本科学历
At least 3 years’ work experience in Quality, preferably in international companies
至少3年质量方面的工作经验，跨国企业者优先
Good command of spoken and written English
流利的英语口语和书写
Structured and analytical. Skilled in problem solving by using quality tools.
有条理并具有分析能力,善于使用质量工具解决问题
Dedicated to continuous improvement. Willing to meet difficult work challenges
专注于持续改进. 愿意接受有一定难度的工作挑战
Comfortable working in a start-up environment. Take initiatives to establish new processes
