职位描述
Responsibilities：
1. Plan, guide and oversee the building testing and commissioning projects in China.
计划，指导及监管在中国大陆开展的建筑测试调试项目
2. Manage commissioning team, including performance review, recruitment, promotion
管理调试团队，如业绩评定，招聘，提升员工
3. Provide commissioning training for commissioning engineers/manager, to guide them grow
提供调试培训，帮助调试工程师和经理成长
4. Lead to develop and improve commissioning process, tools, database, and support case study summary after completion of major project
领导开发和优化调试流程，工具，数据库，并支持重大项目完成后的案例分析总结工作
5. Perform other job-related duties as required.
完成其他与工作相关职责。
6. Work with the client, CxA, commissioning project manager, general/sub contractors to provide onsite building system commissioning and guidance of building commissioning;
协同业主，调试专家, 调试项目经理，总包和分包商，提供现场建筑系统调试和建筑调试指导；
7. Review the technical report on building system design, such as HVAC/HVAC control design, lighting/lighting control design, building management system, verify and identify the issues in the design;
提供建筑系统设计技术审查，比如HVAC/HVAC控制设计， 照明/照明控制设计， 建筑控制系统。 指出和核实设计问题；
8. Proof read/edit reports and presentations, as needed;
审阅，编辑报告和演示文稿；
Qualification/Requirements：
1. Major in HVAC, Electrical, Building Automatic or other fields of study related to the building industry;
暖通空调, 电气，建筑自动化或者其他建筑行业相关专业；
2. At least15 years of installation/operation relevant working experience in HVAC ;
至少15年暖通空调系统现场安装运行管理工作经验；
3. Or at least 10 years of relevant working experience in control programming/installation of building management system(HVAC, lighting, etc);
或者至少10年控制程序，建筑自动化控制系统（HVAC,电气等）安装经验；
4. Experiences in onsite commissioning, including measurement and test, identify the operation issues of building system and has the capability of solving the issues immediately;
有现场调试经验，包括测量和测试，确认建筑系统运行操作问题，并有及时解决微小问题的能力；
5. Good communication skills;
良好的沟通力；
6. Common command of written English;
英语流利；
Good team player;
