Analyze business needs; define and create business/software/project requirements by eliciting input from customers, market and internal sources and takes a lead role in developing these software solutions by executing and testing appropriate configuration related to the module; writing clear, complete functional specifications for the development team, including support for module integration with other products; and contributing to and leading team members through all implementation efforts, including design, build, test, documentation, and go-live activities.

Work closely with the Sales, Services, Support and across the entire R&D function to recommend business process changes based on knowledge of QAD and best business practices by researching and identifying appropriate solutions to business requirements; and using past experiences and knowledge of sales, service and product specific industries to recommend appropriate business process solutions to new business requirements.

Provides configuration and QAD product knowledge support to other Business Analysts by collaborating with other Functional Analysts to develop effective QAD solutions; and ensure modules integrate with other modules and are effectively tested during integration testing.

Business analysis and modeling-provide business analysis that communicates the software requirements and supports the requirements specification.
