职位描述
工作职责:
1,对大中型规模的客户进行ERP实施
2,客户需求调研并做好实施计划
3,搜集客户数据,并与客户方各部门协商工作分工,为实施做好准备
4,实施过程中导入QAD的ERP系统,并充当客户与QAD公司之间的桥梁,完成客户培训工作
5,实施总结并做好客户验收和后续跟踪服务
任职要求:
1,5年以上ERP/MRP领域的实施或应用经验,其中至少3年QAD ERP实施或应用经验
2,熟悉QAD FMG/Progress ERP系统
3,有较丰富的MRP,JIT,Logistics等领域的知识
4,必要的计算机知识,如网络,开发和数据库知识等
5,计算机或制造类、工科专业大专以上学历
6,工作英语流利
Business Justification:
- Owing to our strategy to increase services delivery capabilities in China, there's a need for additional resources to manage services opportunities in the China region;
- Continue to maintain quality/professional services support to existing/new customers and partners;
Position Description:
1. Works on medium to large-sized (sites/locations) single or multi-product projects and usually involves multiple computer environments where design is moderately complex.
Analyzes customers' business requirements and application objectives develops an application design in products to meet customers' needs.
Estimates time frames quality and quantity of resources required to successfully implement project, develops project plan incorporating all project variables.
Identify appropriate company resources are assigned to complete project tasks according to plan. Establishes criteria concerning deliverability performance maintenance design and costs.
Conducts periodic status checkpoints with customers and team to assess progress against plan. Performs reforecasts of project variables as necessary throughout project.
Prepares weekly status reports on all project activities.
2. Serves as senior/middle-level billable consultant, pre-sales support and post-sales technical support specialist when needed.
3. Acts as a liaison between customers and company.
4. May conduct training classes, both at QAD centers and customer sites.
Qualifications:
1. Education at University level in Manufacturing/Production Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Accounting or Information Systems.
2. Fluency in both oral & written English is a must;
3. Strong analytical and communication skills;
4. Teamwork oriented and self-motivated;
5. Minimum 5 years working experience in the Manufacturing or Distribution sector in the following capacity:
1) Materials Planner
- Hands-on experience with ERP package such as QAD MFG/PRO, JD Edwards, BPCS, Oracle etc.
- understanding of MRP, JIT and logistic concepts
- ERP implementation experience a definite plus
2) Analyst programmer
- Programming experience (Java, C++, Unix, Progress 4GL, Oracle, SQL or XML)
- internal Application Support experience, preferably on ERP
