主要职责 MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
1.向部门经理汇报工作。
Report to Product Manager
2.收集及分析服装市场趋势等信息（流行趋势、销售量、价钱）。
Collect and analyze market information (trends, sales, prices etc.)
3.设定样板系列计划及产品系列计划。
Prepare collection plan (composition of sample collection) according to
company’sobjectives
4.搜集并评估面辅料供应商及样板供应商，与供应商讨论及核查价格、成本，并协助完成相关汇
总报告。
Source for accessories and fabrics, and vendors which can provide those
5.收集样衣生产工厂。
Source for garment factories to make samples for the collection
6.协助准备样板订单或指引。
Prepare sample orders/instructions to factories
7.跟进工厂制作样板的流程，确保样板按时按质完成。
Follow up on sample making process to ensure sample quality and punctual delivery
8.销售版的确定。
Final preparation of samples in good presentation for order taking meetings
9.协助准备或组织订货会议。
Help in preparing/organizing order taking meetings
10.和面辅料供应商、样衣生产供应商议价，核查成本价，并做好费用总结（使用Excel）。
Check/bargain costs with vendors and prepare costing summary (in Excel format)
11.与部门内部保持良好沟通，处理相关文件。
Communicate with internal departments and handle related documentation
12.完成上级临时安排的其他工作。
Carry out ad hoc assignments as needed

职位要求 POSITION REQUIREMENTS
1.大专以上学历，服装设计与工程专业。
Tertiary education in textiles and clothing technology.
2.至少8年服装制造业工作经验。
Minimum 8 years working experience in manufacturing environment.
3.能用简单的英文沟通。
Able to communicate in simple English.
4.熟练操作Microsoft Office, Photoshop, Corel Draw, Illustrator。
Proficient in computer software such as Microsoft Office, Photoshop, Corel Draw,
Illustrator.
专业经验及工作技能Professional experience&working skills：
1.至少8年男装品牌的产品开发经验。
Minimum 8 years product development experience in working for men’s brands.
2.必须具备以下品类的工作经验Experience in following items: -
1装正装西服套西（正装套西和西裤）Men’s Suits (formal jackets and pants)
2装夹克外套类产品Men’s Blousons（coat, jacket, padding jacket, down jacket）
3.有男装设计和绘图能力，能独立设计男装。
Have professional design and drawing skill for men’s wear. Independently design
men’s fashion wear.
4.对梭织面料和辅料采购有专业知识。
Have professional sourcing knowledge and skill of woven fabric and trims.
5.有服装生产的基本经验，包括服装制作工艺，生产流程，纸样工艺制作经验等......
Have experience of garment industry, included product assembly, production
process, pattern making,etc.
其他要求Other Requirements:
1.能适应出差。（出差频率根据工作量而定，不会高于工作时间的40%）
Travel within China is required (frequency is subject to work load, and should not
over40% of working time.
