Support to effectively execute communications programs, responsible for producing communications
materials, managing communications channels and tools to ensure operation excellence, and providing logistical support to designated functional communication projects.

Major Accountabilities
- Processes production of newsletter/marketing materials (i.e., writing, editing, proof-reading and consolidating content for review)
- Work with business department and Regional stakeholders to roll out marcom programs in China with quality and efficiency

- Lead and implement marketing events, tradeshows/seminars in China

- Manage company intranet and internet

- Build up and maintain media relationship in North China

Experience:
- Minimum 3 years' experience in internal or external communications with solid understanding of the principle of communications
- Experience working in China for a multinational company or a diverse work environment
- Superb English and Chinese oral and written communication
- PC skills for using MS Office and Web technical skills

- Strong communication skills and self-motivation
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple, high-detail, deadline-sensitive projects with a high level of quality in all deliverables
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to consistently meet deadlines
- Creativity and ability to interact with customers and partners

Education:
Bachelor's degree. Advanced degree preferable. Major in Communication, marketing, PR preferred.
Languages:
- Mandarin (fluent)
- English (fluent)
