Job Summary

Supports and enhances overall UL experience for internal and external customers. Provides general customer service, administrative support, responds to general requests from customers and quote/order handling.

Responsibilities:

- Coordinates and develops customer relationship

- Identifies customer needs and meets customer requirements

- Handles customer inquiries and resolves problems

- Follows up on customer concerns

- Maintains customer database by operating multi systems

- Handle end to end quote to order creation for specific customers and services.

- Work with Sales team to follow up quote, order and develop new customers.

Requirements:

- College diploma or above

- At least one year of external customer service experience

- Good interpersonal and communication skills

- Fluent in Mandarin and English

- Experience in Call Center is preferable
