工作内容：

1，在ERP实施过程中提供技术支持、规划

2，搭建、安装QAD ERP系统以及数据库及必要的软件环境

3，对客户的合理要求进行二次开发，能够识别客户的二次开发需求是否合理及必要，并给出建议。

4，对数据库及系统平台进行维护

任职要求：

1，熟悉任何一种关系型数据库的开发及维护，如SQL Server, Oracle，有QAD Progres数据库经验者优先

2，熟悉Unix/Linux，Windows管理，并能够做Unix的脚本编译

3，能够应用任何一种开发工具进行软件编程，如JAVA, .NET,C/C++, 有Progrss经验者优先

4，出色的沟通表达和演讲能力，有技术顾问经验者优先。

5，快速学习能力，因为QAD公司有自己的开发工具及平台，需要在较短时间内学习掌握。

6，英语听说读写能力强。回报给美国人，面试及日常会议皆为英语。

7，计算机相关专业本科毕业，至少6年相关工作经验。

8，有项目管理经验者优先

9，能适应10~20%出差

Responsibility:
1. Performs maintenance and enhancement of Localization product - Chinese Accounting System, on QAD supported platforms, such as UNIX, Windows, and NT.
2. Performs analysis to define requirements for modifications including affected programs, expected behavior, related document changes, and test scenarios.
3. Prepares program documentation of product components.
4. Establishes technical proficiency in design, implementation, and unit testing.
