On Demand和云计算作为ERP行业甚至整个应用软件行业的战略方向，已经越来越被用户所接受。QAD公司两年前就已经着手On Demand的研发和推广。随着市场的逐渐兴起，QAD公司的On Demang团队也需要进一步扩大。

Unix系统管理员作为On Demand团队的重要技术成员，承担的责任如下：

1，安装和搭建ERP系统在主机上运行所需要的平台Unix，以及客户端的平台Windows

2，维护、升级系统平台

3，搭建和维护系统运行所需的网络环境

4，和客户进行必要的沟通已解决技术问题

5，和团队的其他成员如技术顾问、二次开发成员进行技术沟通，共同解决问题

任职资格如下：

1，精通Unix/Linux

2，精通Windows

3，精通Networks

4，英语听说读写流利(回报对象是美国人，面试及会议皆为全英文)

5，良好的沟通和团队协作能力，善于发现问题解决问题

7，本科或以上学历，至少6年以上工作经验

8，有QAD系统经验者优先

Responsibilities:

1，Set up and maintain system platform: Unix and Windows
2，Support and upgrade the system platform
3，Set up and maintain the networks
4，Communicate with clients to deal with the techinical problems
5，Work with internal technical consultants, software developers to improve the technical solutions

Qualifications:

1，Expert of Unix/Linux
2，Familiar with Windows
3，Skilled in Networks
4，Good at English communication including reading, writing, listenting and speaking. Report to an American manager. Interviews and meetings will be in English.
5，Good team player and problems solver
7，At least 6 years working experience with a bachelor degree
8，QAD experience is a plus
