工作职位:

1,针对ERP的财务功能,和国外的产品经理、国内的实施顾问以及客户建立沟通合作机制,及时讨论和收集来自各方需求,判断需求的合理性及可实现性。

2,分析客户的财务需求,并整理汇总

3,将对财务系统的需求汇编成软件工程师的开发说明书

4,积极跟进协调ERP产品开发和测试的全过程,引导研发人员实现需求对可能出现的问题提供对策

5,和项目经理、产品经理沟通项目进度和解决问题的方法,保证项目和产品按期保质交付


任职资格:

1,8年以上ERP或财务领域相关工作经验,对ERP系统中财务模块的理解有较深厚功底,尤其是财务中会计的处理方式

2,有过和研发人员共事的经历,了解软件从需求到开发、测试的流程

3,较强的英文书面和口语表达,日常工作大部分工作语言为英语,尤其需要掌握财务专用英语

4,有和国外协同办公的经验,熟悉欧美同事的工作方式

5,有CPA证书优先,目前正在ERP公司从事财务BA工作优先

6,本科以上学历,财务专业或计算机专业优先

7,从事过ERP财务模块开发者优先

People & Facilities Title: Senior Business Requirements Analyst (R&D)Reports To (Title): VariousDate: 03/23/10
POSITION PURPOSE: This position works closely with development and business staff to analyze and define complex business needs to be solved with automated systems and to assist in the test and implementation of the product(s). Provide functional and business expertise to assist in identifying, evaluating and developing system procedures that are cost effective and meet user requirements. This position may be responsible for a single QAD product or several.

1Analyze business needs; define and create business/software/project requirements by eliciting input from customers, market and internal sources and takes a lead role in developing these software solutions by executing and testing appropriate configuration related to the module; writing clear, complete functional specifications for the development team, including support for module integration with other products; and contributing to and leading team members through all implementation efforts, including design, build, test, documentation, and go-live activities.40%Daily
2Work closely with the Sales, Services, Support and across the entire R&D function to recommend business process changes based on knowledge of QAD and best business practices by researching and identifying appropriate solutions to business requirements; and using past experiences and knowledge of sales, service and product specific industries to recommend appropriate business process solutions to new business requirements.15%Daily
3Provides configuration and QAD product knowledge support to other Business Analysts by collaborating with other Functional Analysts to develop effective QAD solutions; and ensure modules integrate with other modules and are effectively tested during integration testing.15%Daily
4Business analysis and modeling – provide business analysis that communicates the software requirements and supports the requirements specification.15%Weekly
5Assist in development and delivery of product training and training materials and methodology. Mentor new development team members. Assist other teams by providing domain expertise. 10%Weekly

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE: The minimum education, training and/or experience required to perform this job.
§ Education/Licenses: Bachelor’s Degree required
§ Experience:8+ years of related experience, preferrably in a global ERP software company
§ Computer skills: Strong PC skills with working knowledge of QAD supported technologies, platforms and languages. Ability to program using Progress preferred.
§ Other knowledge or skills: Strong technical knowledge in software development methodologies, design and implementation. Strong analytical and design skills. Must be comfortable and capable of creating and presenting complex ideas and technical solutions.
