Job description
The Market Development team helps drive IBM actions by delivering trusted insights and recommendations that improve business performance and fuel growth.
Analytics Principle Advisor in this role need to work collaboratively with global and IOT Market Development advisors to drive the development of rich analytics solutions from diverse datasets to inform key decision makers and measurably improve business performance. This role will act as a Subject Matter Expert and trusted business advisor providing actionable recommendations.
Candidates should have experience scoping and executing analytics projects based on business issues, organizing and extracting insights through the advanced analytics methodology, and driving business outcomes.

The successful candidate will have skills and abilities to…
identify the appropriate analytic solution required to solve a business requirement or an issue
proficiency in SPSS, Intelligent Miner, Cognos , SAS or any other front end analytic tool
interpret statistical model outputs
communicate the use of analytic outputs to a business community
knowledge of critical IBM data on MDB and external data set from social platform is preferred
knowledge of analytics models on new clients acquisition, cross-sell/up-sell, customer journey analysis is preferred

Required
Bachelor's Degree or above
Experience in Database, Business Intelligence, Analytics
Experience in Sales and Marketing preferred
English: Fluent
