-For our Healthcare Sector in SUZHOU,we are looking for a Logistic Manager (企划经理).

What are my responsibilities?

-在公司相关政策范围内，负责计划、执行公司的生产库存、生产计划、采购和运输任务，以达到公司制定的目标。

-Efficiently manage whole Logistic Department for achievement of Company’s Objectives and responsible for production planning, purchasing and traffic control within the Company.

1． 不断改进和优化部门的组织结构，合理分配属员工作任务。

-Continuously improve and optimize department organization structure. Reasonably distribute tasks to subordinates.

2．确定并不断完善各项工作的流程，并对属员进行指导。

-Establish and improve working procedure of each job and provide guidance to subordinates.

3．为部门各项工作指定工作目标，周期考评员工的工作业绩.

-Set up goals of each job and regularly assess working performance of subordinates.

4．带领各部门实现公司设定的库存目标.

-Load the inventory team to meet with the target set lay company.

5．按照认证标准对本地供应商进行挑选和审核.

-Screen and review of local suppliers according to the qualification standards.

6．提交每月部门各项工作指标的报告。

-Submit monthly report of index of each activity.

7．定期审核系统数据，确保其准确性

-Regularly review system data and ensure its accuracy.

What do I need to qualify for this job?

1. 本科或以上学历，主修物流、国际贸易、工商管理等相关专业；

-Bachelor degree or above, majoring in commercial management, logistics or international trading etc;

2. 八年以上工作经验，五年以上物流经理的管理、领导经验；
