Main Responsibilities
？ Manage the feasibility study and technical proposal for our customer Request for Quotation.
？ Responsible to manage all step of the feasibility from CAD, specifications & customer technical documents analysis and make the estimate related to the new request for quotation.
？ Interpret simulation & test results and make recommendations for design optimisation.
？ Will be in charge to define tentative ADV, product BOM, manage with our calculation team the appropriate simulation.
？ Manage the feasibility study schedule and priorize the activities.
？ Handle Customers requirements proactively on the request for quotation.
？ New product development.
？ Good understanding in mechanical design, simulation, testing, product and process cost. Strong design mindset to build the appropriate technical proposal for our customer.
？ CAE/CFD understanding and result interpretation for design optimization.
？ Complete process understanding: Process lay out creation with the help of process engineering
？ Create the customer presentation with good communication skill.
？ Present to the customer about Sogefi proposal with a good convincing ability.
？ Strong communication skills as well a good team player; technically / conceptually sound in his domain.
？ Handling abroad customers

Qualifications
？ Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
？ Around 5-7 years of rich experience in Product engineering.
？ Experienced in plastic molding part design. Knowledge of engineering plastics and component design – molding process.
？ Knows and can use at least CAD software CATIA v5 (at least 2 years experience).
？ With an adequate experience in automotive domain preferably powertrain/Air induction/Engine cooling using CATIA V5 software.
？ Very good written and verbal communication skills and being able to work in an international working context
？ Speak fluently English and have a good level on technical English and is able to translate technical document
？ Knowledge/exposure of TS 16949 - APQP, DFMEA, etc.
