Key Responsibilities主要职责：
1. Lead a team to effectively manage subcontractors to provide best Into-delivery Store performance to our customer.
2. Manage subcontractors’ performance in ML China through KPI tracking, subcontractor evaluation and follow-up plan.
3. Keep good communication with customers and review with customers of project progress through regular meetings.
4. Bring out the best in the team members with good leadership skills and reasonable evaluation.
5. Lead the process of subcontractor bidding and negotiations and make sure service cost is competitive and under reasonable level, including developing reasonable cost model, etc. Complete contract signing process.
6. Work closely with local DCs to further optimize unloading processes and improve unloading tools
7. Come up with proposals involving customers, DC and subcontractors based on solid and sound analysis.
8. Keep standard operation procedures and training manuals most updated, and make sure these SOPs are strictly followed.
9. Management work related to Ecosima Implementation.

Skills & Competencies专业技能和能力：
1. Excellent Communication and Negotiation Skills;
2. Proficiency in both oral and written English;
3. Excellent PPT and Excel skills;
4. Knowledge of Statistics and Ability of analyzing Data
5. 6 years or above relevant experiences
6. Bachelor's degree or above
