Accountabilities:
· Working closely with the site Planning Manager and commercial team to understand demand requirements and supply availability with monthly production plan.
· Working closely with global/region planning team for key AI/bulk supply plan.
· Responsible for AI/bulk importation plan and follow up arrivals closely to secure the supply according to MPS, meanwhile consider related constraints.
· Fully understand site production line flexibility and production capacity constraints, labour constraints, well communicate with production manager and supervisors, and work out 12 month MPS, monitor the execution of the production order.
· Ccommunicate with site production planning timely and adjust weekly production plan within FPF if any urgent sales call with business value adding.
· Alarm risks; to communicate and coordinate with functional personnel (site people, supply team, commercial) to handle supply issues independently.
· Ccoordinate with finance and QC and production managers to obtain reasonable data to support BOM, routing, production version maintenance in system, ensure all data available in system at good quality.
· Assist to set up key material, AI & bulk safety stock reasonably, closely monitor raw material and finish goods moving activities, work with entire planning team to achieve inventory target.
· Assist site planning manager to initiate weekly production meeting with Production, Engineering, QC and Ware House and so on.
· Capacity analysis and alarm, give data support to site people with necessary improvement.

KNOWLEDGE SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Critical Knowledge:
· University or college, business or chemical discipline, with at least 3 years related experience
· Knowledge and understanding of supply chain concepts and methodologies including MRP, MPS, S&OP process, etc.
· Strong computer system skills: thorough familiarity with all Microsoft applications and preferred familiarity with applications such as SAP R/3,
Critical Skills:
· Ability to analyze data trends to understand supply chain effectiveness.
· Demonstrated ability to get results in a crisp, decisive manner.
· Highly skilled in problem solving, root cause failure analysis and elimination.
· Strong interpersonal, communication and coordination skills.
